Job Summary:

Lead the Wood Workers to ensure quality products are produced in a timely manner.  

Job Description:

• Lead the woodworking crew. 
• Interpret and produce according to individual job specifications. 
• Complete required documentation. 
• Apply finish to wood projects. 
• Train others and schedule workload. 
• Execute jobs on time. 
• Work overtime as needed. 
• Other duties as assigned.  

Pay Rate:

$29 - $36

Pay Statement  

The national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION

• High School diploma or equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English at least at a 9th grade level.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Good time management.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Manual dexterity for repetitive work
• Frequent standing for prolonged periods of time
• Chemicals: Stains, finishes, and paint.
• Ability to lift, push and pull: up to 25 pounds.
