Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $133,932.61 - $200,898.91

About You
- Experience - You bring 8+ years of UX research experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise product environments, leading both qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
- Methodological Range - You are skilled in usability testing, interviews, surveys, and basic statistical interpretation, with a strong grasp of when and how to apply each method.
- Communication - You confidently present research insights to senior product leaders and cross-functional teams, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Team Collaboration - You thrive in agile environments, guiding research work and influencing product decisions through evidence-based insights.
- Research Operations - You have built scalable research frameworks, including study templates, insight libraries, and team-level processes that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Mentorship - You are passionate about helping others grow, offering coaching and thoughtful feedback to elevate team capabilities.
- Portfolio - You can share case studies that demonstrate how your research has shaped product strategy and improved user outcomes.
- Education - You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field.
