Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Technology development initiatives often face alignment gaps between business objectives, vendor capabilities, and execution timelines. This role solves these challenges by establishing program governance, guiding technology solutions from ideation through implementation, and managing vendor RFx processes. The position centralizes cross-functional leadership to mitigate risks, streamline technical resource allocation, and ensure technology investments yield targeted results.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Lead strategic technology programs through the full lifecycle from inception to execution to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Establish program governance frameworks to track delivery, mitigate risks, and support executive decision-making.
  • Direct the end-to-end vendor RFx process, evaluating proposals and holding external partners accountable to contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration on research, analysis, and proof-of-concepts across technical and business teams.
  • Apply AI tools and automation to streamline program reporting, risk prediction, and operational workflow tracking.
  • Align solution development roadmaps with enterprise architecture goals and market requirements.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies
  • Critical experience leading cross-functional technology programs on time and within scope.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, enterprise governance frameworks, and cloud solution architecture concepts.
  • AI literacy and application proficiency to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate automated tools into program management processes.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities during vendor selection and contract reviews.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution plans and measurable milestones.
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities to evaluate feasibility, resolve operational blockers, and manage risk profile.

Additional Qualifications
  • Experience working within public and private cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of API design, integration patterns, and system connectivity principles.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in program management or solution development roles
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
    • Program management tools and enterprise governance frameworks
    • Vendor management and RFx solicitation processes
    • Lifecycle management of enterprise technology applications

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
