What you'll work on:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects in planning and flight to coordinate our cross-functional team strategies into a cohesive plan
- Help define durable processes for the broader team for things like OKR planning, status reporting, releasing plans, etc.
- Lead programs by managing program structure, scope, release planning, as well as ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive workgroup alignment meetings in order to address tactical release issues, dependencies, program status, milestones, etc.
- Organize and lead project meetings and compile project status reports to drive deliverables to schedule, as well as develop resolutions to mitigate risks.
- Establish strong relationships with all project stakeholders including team members and leadership.
- Establish and improve internal processes where necessary.
What you'll bring to Circle:
- You are a natural leader who is solutions and delivery-focused.
- You have 7+ years of project management or technical program management experience.
- You are a fantastic communicator both verbally and in writing. You are comfortable interfacing with executives, as well as managers and developers.
- You have a proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional project teams in the successful launch of new programs or services.
- You have outstanding change management skills and the ability to lead teams through change.
- You are passionate about processes and continuously improving internal workflows.
- You are detail-oriented, highly analytical and a skilled multi-tasker.
- You are self-motivated, attentive, and always follow through.
- You have a basic understanding of crypto assets and blockchain technology, and a strong desire to learn more. You are passionate about bringing this technology to the mainstream.
- Additional PMI/Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Macbook preferred.
