Job Description
As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Infrastructure Platforms- Product Services, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
As a strategic partner to executives and cross-functional teams, you will take complex and ambiguous information and refine it into meaningful content and clear action plans. By building strong relationships with stakeholders and engaging employees, you will play a crucial role in advancing our strategic objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Utilizing strong leadership, relationship management, and influencing skills will be key in driving successful outcomes and achieving mutually beneficial results. Your strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills (e.g., identifying trends, patterns, and root cause analysis using a diverse toolkit to address the root cause) will be essential in navigating through change. You will leverage your expertise to manage resources and projects while ensuring that our communication initiatives align with business objectives
Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for effective messaging, integrating it with strategic systems to enhance communication across a large-scale technology organization.
  • Establish, document, and enforce content standards and best practices to ensure clarity, accuracy, accessibility, and user engagement.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in content design and video editing and share relevant insights with the team.
  • Design the layout and visual elements of newsletters to ensure it is visually appealing and easy to read.
  • Use design software or tools to create graphics, images, and other multimedia elements as needed.
  • Use research and data insights to guide content design decisions, and ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare impactful executive presentations and manage communication channels by designing and publishing meaningful content, project findings, and reports to support informed business decisions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience in digital content creation, with a focus on content design, and copywriting, including leadership roles in managing large-scale content projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex projects in large organizations, or equivalent expertise in a chief of staff, business management, consulting, or strategy role.
  • Proven excellence in writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strategic approach and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in crafting visually compelling and cohesive narratives, with experience in creating engaging digital content and enhancing communications through innovative design and storytelling techniques.
  • Advanced analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills for problem-solving, with experience in business process improvement and refining complex information into actionable plans.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, building productive relationships, and driving outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools for governance documentation and communications, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Tableau, and web design.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and work with senior management and coach others in presenting information tailored to the audience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive self-starter with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and adapt to new domains, while managing change in high-pressure, shifting environments.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Advanced skills in content design; experience in creative type roles and knowledge of video creation and editing is a plus.
