As a Lead Technical Program Manager in CTAI, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery. As a key member of the CTAI team, you will play a crucial role in refining processes and controls.
Job responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of transformational Agentic AI initiatives, developing and executing comprehensive project plans that incorporate advanced technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Co-ordinate and conduct comprehensive process and control reviews to ensure alignment with firmwide requirements, proactively identifying potential gaps or issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
  • Actively participate in key forums and engage proactively with stakeholders to understand their concerns and manage expectations.
  • Streamline efforts and enhance messaging to stakeholders by producing and reusing high-quality content.
  • Automate repetitive processes and reporting to achieve efficiencies across CTAI.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Experience working with operational risk and/or controls.
  • Direct experience working in one or more of the following: technology governance, cyber, change, resiliency, incident management.
  • Demonstrable experience managing significant pieces of work/projects and workstreams with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop compelling insights.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset, challenging the status quo.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience leading large-scale AI transformation programs in financial services or highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI architectures, generative AI, and responsible AI practices.
  • Background in strategy or technology consulting would be beneficial
  • Experience working with or within compliance or regulatory management teams is beneficial
  • Experience managing or mentoring more junior colleagues
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or AI/ML technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, PMI-ACP).
  • Incessant curiosity and drive to learn about new technologies that are on the bleeding edge, with a passion for continuous personal and professional growth.
