What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻

  • Leading parts of the product development from inception to launch, and own large parts of the product and its features.

  • Working closely with our product and design teams to build high quality products with the goal of delighting and increasing the success of our customers, in a very iterative fashion.

  • Write clean, scalable code while driving the architecture and technical design of our most critical products to build intuitive frontend & backend features.

  • Plan and execute features with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent product quality.

  • Architecting, building, testing, and releasing features with the highest quality.

  • Share constructive feedback with peers while growing through mentorship.

  • Lead technical direction for the Experience & HRIS suite of products, championing best practices and innovation.

What do I need? 🤓

  • Industry Experience – 7+ years in a software engineering role, preferably in a SaaS product environment, with a demonstrated impact on product development and team success.

  • Technical Leadership – Proven experience leading technical design discussions and collaborating across teams to build scalable, high-performing systems. Beyond coding, you mentor, guide, and elevate the entire team.

  • Problem-solving skills - Possess a strong aptitude for tackling complex technical challenges, from high-level architectural design down to intricate implementation details. Adept at identifying root causes, evaluating solutions, and implementing effective resolutions.

  • Programming Expertise – Deep proficiency in at least one high-level language (Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, etc.). You can quickly adapt to new technologies or introduce better ways of working.

  • Frontend Knowledge – Solid understanding of web fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Svelte, or Angular (React preferred).

  • Cloud & Infrastructure – Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or similar. Bonus: Hands-on experience with scalable distributed systems.

  • Fast Learner – Willingness to quickly adopt and work with new technologies.

  • Product & UX Focus – You care about more than just code. You understand product, user experience, and design, proactively spotting and acting on opportunities for improvement.
