Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative Reporting & analytics solutions and design, with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches
- Analyze source data and define optimal data models for reporting and analytics delivery.
- Manage Jira backlog, dependencies, and end-to-end delivery responsibilities, including testing and entitlement, to meet business demand.
- Define product strategy, select tools, and resolve technical blockers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing insights and conclusions for executives, leadership teams, and business partners in scheduled analytics meetings.
- Develop a roadmap of advanced analytics initiatives to support multiple lead channels, focusing on agent-facing applications and their knowledge management repositories.
- Create behavioral analytics to understand specialists and personalize their experience.
- Identify, test, and deploy new data types to enhance prediction capabilities and offer analytical recommendations aligned with core objectives.
- Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve issues permanently.
- Investigate issues in model building and production phases, documenting KPI, PoC, workflow, and data sources clearly.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Practical experience in data analysis using tools like SQL, PLSQL, Alteryx, etc.
- Strong coding skills in Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and Python.
- 12+ years of experience applying statistical methods to real-world problems using SQL and analytical tools like Alteryx, Python, and Tableau.
- Experience in advanced SQL, data warehousing, and development of dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Tableau.
- Experience with reporting tools like QlikSense, Sigma, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, etc.
- Experience with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation.
- Strong mathematical/statistical skills using Alteryx/Python/SQL/Tableau.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts: Linear/logistic regression, statistical models, clustering, decision tree, and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM, Random Forest, Boosting, text mining, NLP, etc.
- Strong grasp of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile (scrum) methodologies, and new technologies.
- Experience with Databricks.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
- Exposure to cloud technologies.
- Experience in Financial Services or similar industry desired.
