We’re on the hunt for aLead Senior Producer, Integrated Production—someone who can take a great idea, elevate it, and launch it into the world without flinching at budgets, timelines, or the occasional curveball. Reporting to an Executive Producer, you’ll lead large, integrated projects with confidence and craft.  

  • Champion the creative.You’ll elevate the creative by finding versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive and make them even stronger as they evolve into fully realized projects. 

  • Be the feasibility guru.You’ll help determine what’s possible within the realities of budget, timing, and scope—and how to make it great anyway. 

  • Team up across the agency.You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, editors, and animators. 

  • Mentor with heart.You’ll guide junior talent and share your production wisdom to help the whole department level up. 

  • Build dream roster.You’ll maintain a trusted network of partners and go-to resources for any kind of production challenge. 

  • Run big, integrated productions (<$1M) You’ll oversee multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensure overall quality of work of multiple deliverables and multiple workstreams. 

  • Partner with Business Affairs.You’ll work hand-in-hand with BA from concept to delivery. You understand AICP and AICE bid formats inside and out. You’ll be the first stop for permits, releases, usage terms, and other rights clearancesYou’ll track and actualize production budgets 

  • Navigate SAG-AFTRA.You’ll apply comprehensive knowledge of talent guidelines, usage, and payments to keep everything compliant and smooth. 

  • Keep everything moving.Meetings, notes, status reports, task lists, deadline tracking—you’ll be the organizational backbone. Internally and externally, you’ll make sure everyone knows what’s happening, why, and what comes next. 

  • See around corners.You’ll anticipate a project’s trajectory and put strategic plans in place—not just reacting, but steering.  

  • Wrap it smart.You’ll lead post-project summaries and share learnings that help make the next job even better. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 6 years minimum agency experience with demonstrated senior level work.  

  • Demonstrated experience producing large productions (>1mil) including development of production specs, leading projects from pre-production through final delivery 

  • Experience assessing feasibility of creative projects and proposing production solutions that push the quality of work forward 

  • Endlessly curious, production-obsessed, and always chasing clever solutions

At dentsu, we believe great work happens when we’re connected. Our way of working combines flexibility with in-person collaboration to spark ideas and strengthen our teams. Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
