We're looking for a strategic, hands-on professional who's ready to roll up their sleeves and go the extra mile to support our growing sales organization in the following key areas:
- Lead Salesforce.com strategic projects supporting GTM vision for the Sales organization
- Build and execute a vision for Salesforce to improve deal execution, which drives increased efficiency for our Sales and supporting organizations.
- Partner with the Transformation office to strategize end-state vision and implementation timeline for Salesforce CRM & CPQ capabilities to support Dynatrace's rapid expansion
- Align with Business Systems leadership to define, prioritize, and plan necessary SFDC improvements which drive a future state scalable vision, and coordinate with the team to execute said priorities
- Develop a working model with leadership from other Sales-facing teams (finance, partner, sales enablement, etc) to ensure effective partnerships across our organizations
- Define best-in-class Sales-focused processes built on SFDC functionalities that enable an effective multi-faceted SaaS business model
What will help you succeed
- Minimum expectation of a Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent education/experience
- 8+ years relevant experience required, Salesforce.com platform preferred
- Proven track record of leading organizations through significant software implementations
- Partner-facing deal management and pricing operations experience, including the use of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems, Partner Portals, and Partner Pricing tools integrated with CRM and CPQ platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS specific software and process requirements
- Salesforce.com certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective leadership, and ability to guide all levels of the organization through a vision to execution

Base salary range: $116,000 - $140,000 (dependent on experience, skills, education, and work location) - Unlimited personal time off to support work-life balance
