Why this role?

The Snyk Lead Regional Partner Manager is responsible for the strategy, enablement, development, and performance of our existing strategic channel partners, as well as the recruitment and onboarding of regionally specific partners across the US West territory. Your success in this role will rely on understanding Snyk’s sales segmentation and aligning partners to the Snyk sales teams. You’ll work across all levels of the partner organization, bringing a thorough understanding of Snyk’s solutions and the business value they deliver to both partners and customers.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and incorporate Snyk into partners’ DevSecOps strategy and business plans, covering all aspects of the partner relationship.

  • Work closely with Snyk sales leadership and the broader team to drive a plan and pipeline within the US West territory.

  • Provide clear and consistent communication among your partners and peers to build strong, lasting partnerships.

  • Recruit regional, security-focused partners across key markets within the US West territory.

  • Develop a strong alliance partner plan, and build and maintain activity and performance reports.

  • Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with stakeholders.

What You Bring:
  • Proven track record of selling with or through the security channel partner ecosystem in the US West region.

  • Preferred experience with regional channel partners such as Optiv, Guidepoint, and Trace3.

  • Minimum of five (5) or more years of Channel Sales experience.

  • Excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills.

  • Demonstrated track record of solution selling and value-based selling techniques.

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time to attend partner activities and events.

  • High-energy sales professional who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Annual Base Salary Range: $115,354 – $165,000

Target Commission Range: $115,354 – $165,000 (at 100% attainment of sales)
