Our mission at HubSpot is to help millions of organizations grow better. As we scale our product portfolio and accelerate our go-to-market motion, this role will ensure our most critical initiatives land with clarity and impact for our sales teams.

As a Lead Program Manager on the Sales Operations team, you’ll build and lead a strategic communications and change management function that connects company priorities to field execution. • Partner with Sales Ops, Technical Teams, and GTM leaders to align launch priorities with field execution needs
  • Design and deliver engaging enablement experiences (e.g., roadshows, interactive sessions) that accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Build scalable communication frameworks that improve speed-to-ROI for global rollouts
  • Establish feedback loops between the field and cross-functional teams to identify adoption blockers and inform iteration
  • Define and track success metrics for launch effectiveness, adoption, and revenue impact
  • Represent the voice of the field in planning discussions, ensuring initiatives are practical, relevant, and executable
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot’s sales motion, ideally through direct experience supporting or operating within Small Business Sales
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or product launches in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across frontline teams and senior leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity into clear, actionable guidance
  • Experience designing and executing change management or enablement strategies that drive measurable adoption
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and iterating based on performance insights
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple high-impact initiatives
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a HubSpot sales rep or sales manager
  • Background in organizational change management or transformation initiatives
  • Experience leading global rollouts across regions and cultures
  • Familiarity with modern sales enablement tools and platforms
  • Experience building and scaling new programs or functions from the ground up

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
