Dynatrace Enterprise Program Managers play a crucial role in overseeing large-scale, intricate projects primarily with Fortune 100 companies, with the goal of maximizing the business value these organizations derive from Dynatrace’s advanced solutions. In this multifaceted role, you operate at the intersection of strategic planning, project delivery, user adoption, and the alignment of various stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive approach throughout the program lifecycle.
Your responsibilities encompass the governance and execution of programs across a diverse array of workstreams. These include platform onboarding, where you ensure a smooth transition to Dynatrace’s services; architectural planning, which involves integrating Dynatrace within existing frameworks; use-case delivery that highlights specific applications of the technology (Kubernetes, Azure, GCP); operationalization, making sure that the solutions are effectively utilized within the organization; and ultimately, value realization, where you measure and demonstrate the positive impact of Dynatrace on the customer’s operations.

What will help you succeedWhat you will do
- Manage end-to-end enterprise rollout programs for up to two strategic customers, using an enterprise program management framework aligned with PMI standards.
- Establish program governance that includes executive sponsorship, decision-making forums, operational cadence, success metrics, and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Create and maintain an integrated delivery roadmap that connects customer priorities to Dynatrace services, including Velocity, Architecture, Innovation, AppSec, Extensions, and Business Insights.
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and advanced use-case accelerators to promote adoption, operational readiness, and sustainable change.
- Coordinate delivery across Dynatrace Consultants/Architects, Support, Product, and customer teams; actively remove obstacles and manage dependencies.
- Align partners and co-delivery teams to ensure a cohesive approach, clear ownership, and consistent quality.
- Manage scope, risks, issues, decisions, and change control to keep complex programs on track and stakeholders aligned.
- Ensure proper resourcing and execution quality; collaborate with service leadership to address gaps and implement necessary improvement plans.
- Translate technical progress into executive-level outcomes such as time-to-value, reliability improvements, automation gains, reduced mean time to recovery (MTTR), and return on investment (ROI).

- Adoption progress vs plan (apps/services onboarded, teams enabled, environments covered)
- Operationalization (alerts, SLOs, dashboards, runbooks, integrations) and sustained usage by customer teams
- Business outcomes (reduced incident duration, fewer escalations, improved release confidence, improved customer experience)
- Stakeholder satisfaction and executive confidence (predictability, transparency, clear decisions)
- Expansion driven by demonstrated value (additional licenses/use cases/services)
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in technology consulting, enterprise software delivery, or equivalent experience leading complex customer engagements.
- Program and Project Management Experience
Preferred requirements:
- Delivery leadership in observability, monitoring, platform adoption, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Ability to connect with business and IT stakeholders at all levels and translate their needs into an executable plan.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive storytelling, precise documentation, and facilitation of complex stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of enterprise rollouts and adoption strategies, with the capacity to provide clear implementation and operational guidance.
- Experience with cloud technologies, application development, IT service management (ITSM), and DevOps practices; a Dynatrace certification is a plus.
- Training and/or certification in program or project management (PMI, PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2). PMI or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

- The base salary range for this role is $120,000- $170,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
