Our Values

Best Life

We believe great work begins with great people. That’s why our culture is built on respect, trust, and belonging. We create an inclusive environment where every team member can bring their authentic self to work—because diverse perspectives drive innovation and meaningful impact.

Growth Mindset

We are doers, thinkers, and dreamers. At ABC Fitness, your growth is our investment. Through continuous learning, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, we empower you to reach new heights—personally and professionally.

One Team

From day one, you’ll be part of a team that collaborates, celebrates, and cares. We move fast, support one another, and have fun along the way. Because when you thrive, we all thrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary Product Partner for reporting and product requests from ABC's strategic clients, serving as their primary product point of contact.
  • Build and run an intake and triage process for incoming requests — including the ones that don't fit a template — so work is consistently captured, assessed, prioritized and routed through a clear process
  • Translate ambiguous, sometimes “out of pocket” client asks into clear, scoped requirements engineering can estimate and build.
  • Partner with engineering leads across the reporting and BI backlogs (Insights Analyze, Customize, FDM, Internal Analytics, CMDM, Glofox Analytics, and equivalents) to prioritize strategic-account work alongside platform roadmap commitments.
  • Frame trade-off calls when an urgent client request competes with planned roadmap work, and communicate those trade-offs clearly to both sides.
  • Identify recurring or similar requests across accounts and push to productize them, instead of re-building the same one-off solution repeatedly.
  • Partner with CSMs, Account/Sales teams, and client stakeholders directly — including executive-level client contacts — to manage expectations and turnaround.
  • Track and report on request volume, cycle time, and delivery status for the top 20 accounts, and use that data to make the case for what should (and shouldn't) get built.
  • Ensure every strategic-account request becomes a tracked, visible piece of work — closing the gap where requests today go untracked.
  • Develop quarterly plans for strategic-account demand and bring customer patterns into broader Insights roadmap planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, including meaningful time managing enterprise or strategic-account relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent, competing customer requests without losing track of any of them.
  • Strong technical fluency with data, reporting and BI systems including the ability to interpret SQL logic, data models, ETL/BI workflows and reporting tradeoffs s.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication, with the credibility to say “not yet” to a top client and make it land well.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity — you will regularly be handed a vague, unusual, or highly specific ask and need to figure out what it actually means before anyone can build it.
  • Experience partnering directly with engineering on prioritization frameworks and trade-off decisions.
  • A customer-first instinct paired with the discipline to protect the broader product roadmap from unmanaged one-off demand.

AND IT'S NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or health club SaaS, or another vertical SaaS business with a small number of very high-touch accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with custom reporting or BI tooling (e.g., ReportCaster, Domo, Looker, Power BI) or data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Fabric.
  • A track record of standing up an account-specific intake or escalation process from scratch.
  • Consulting, professional services, or client-services background where managing bespoke deliverables was part of the job.
  • Experience turning repeated one-off client requests into a reusable, productized capability.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Every top-20 client request is captured, triaged, and visible — no more requests living only in someone's inbox.
  • Faster, more predictable turnaround from request to delivery for strategic accounts.
  • Roadmap inputs and prioritization decisions reflect clear trade-offs between platform priorities and strategic-account demand instead of whichever request came in loudest.
  • Fewer one-off rebuilds, as recurring patterns get productized.

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -

United States range = $118,100 - $130,200 USD; Canada range = $115,000 - $122,50 CAD- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
