MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders.

In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.

MaintainX is the world's leading AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform, serving 13,000+ customers including Duracell, Shell, Cintas, and Brenntag. We raised $150M in Series D funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Bain Capital Ventures, bringing our total funding to $254M. We were named to the Forbes 2025 Cloud 100, the definitive ranking of the top 100 private cloud companies in the world.
We're growing fast and hiring the Product talent to match.

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to oversee the Platform and Reporting capabilities in our Core division. This division contains the bulk of MaintainX features that our customers use everyday, including work orders, parts inventories, and other frontline workflows and analytics. We are looking for someone with deep experience as a Platform PM serving customers with complex data products and experience evolving these capabilities into a differentiator in the Enterprise segment. As MaintainX moves upmarket, our products need to broaden their scope from serving front-line executors and line managers to serving a more diverse and senior set of stakeholders within the Enterprise — if this excites you, we want to speak to you!

What you'll do:

  • Own our Platform capabilities by acting as a product bridge between Core, Infrastructure, and Data Engineering teams. You’ll defining the data contracts, data models, and platform capabilities that power your reporting and analytics products

  • Own our Reporting capabilities end-to-end, leveraging data, user research and competitive/market analysis to help shape the strategy for how our customers interact with and consume the data within MaintainX

  • Spearhead our ROI initiative to make plain the operational benefits of partnering with MaintainX within the product surface

  • Execute on a mixture of large innovations and smaller quality-of-life improvements to supercharge our product and our sales team’s ability to close Fortune 5000 companies.

  • Work closely with the sales team to directly help close large deals by crisply articulating how our reporting and analytics capabilities meet the needs of other senior operational stakeholders

  • Evolve our reporting and analytics products from serving frontline managers to a broader enterprise audience, including ops leaders, finance, and EHS stakeholders.

  • Inspire and motivate a team of designers and engineers to achieve ambitious outcomes, defining and measuring success using metrics

About you:

  • 8+ years in product management with meaningful time in a platform or infrastructure-adjacent capacity, ideally at a company serving Enterprise customers

  • Proven experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting products, with enough understanding of the underlying data modeling and pipeline decisions to hold your own with data and infrastructure engineers

  • Comfortable navigating cross-team data dependencies — able to define requirements upstream (data, infra, platform) while staying laser-focused on downstream customer outcomes

  • Experience partnering directly with sales as a company moves upmarket from SMB to Enterprise, including getting into deals and translating complex product capabilities for senior buyers

  • Track record of expanding a product's audience — from operational end-users to more senior or diverse stakeholders like operations leaders, finance, or EHS functions

  • Can make smart scope trade-offs on dependency-heavy features, knowing when to ship something narrow and when to hold for a more complete solution

  • Able to inspire and rally a team around a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap — and connect day-to-day work to specific KPIs and business goals

  • Strong relationship-builder who can work credibly across all levels, from ICs to executives

  • Strong pattern recognition — knows how to apply proven solutions to new contexts without over-engineering

  • An expert level of English, both spoken and written, is required, as the individual will need to lead platform engineering managers across multiple teams, present technical priorities to executive stakeholders, and align with engineering leaders outside Québec on a daily basis.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities.

  • Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.

  • 401(k) / RRSP enrolment program.

  • Take what you need PTO.

  • A Work Culture where:

    • You’ll work alongside folks across the globe that reflect the MaintainX values, Smart Humble Optimist.

    • We believe in meritocracy, where ideas and effort are publicly celebrated.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
