Role overview

This role will lead the product function for our AllBooked by Skedda business. Reporting directly to the head of our AllBooked business, this role will be a player-coach who serves as product manager for one development team and manages a product manager on another development team. You'll collaborate closely with company leadership, have a significant hand in our product roadmap, and own our product processes, in addition to actually building a lot of features. Day to day responsibilities

  • Serve as Product Manager for new AllBooked product features, including gathering requirements, weighing functional and technical tradeoffs, scoping and developing requirements documents, and working closely with our engineers to build new features
  • Manage a Product Manager on AllBooked's second development team
  • Deeply understand customer needs and pains, via a combination of interviews and surveys
  • Research and understand our competitors’ offerings, to inform how we position the AllBooked product
  • Complete data analysis of our customer base to inform prioritization and product scoping decisions

  • You’re able to balance quantitative analysis, qualitative evidence, and strategic considerations in making decisions

  • You’re curious and love learning new things

Skills & Experience

  • You’ve worked in an early stage tech startup environment (<30 employees)
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in software product management
  • You’re comfortable digging in with engineers on technical topics
  • You have experience working in an agile development process
