As the Principal Product Manager for GPU Compute, you will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of CoreWeave’s flagship GPU product offerings. This high-impact role positions you at the intersection of advanced technology and market-leading innovation, driving products that set industry standards and influence the future direction of AI, machine learning, and computational science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave’s GPU Compute portfolio, aligning closely with broader business objectives and market opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research on GPU compute trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform product direction and positioning.
- Product Development: Collaborate directly with engineering teams to conceptualize, develop, and deliver cutting-edge GPU solutions optimized for AI, ML, and HPC workloads.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for customer requirements, actively collecting and prioritizing feedback to continually refine the GPU compute offerings.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner effectively with hardware engineering, capacity planning, solutions architecture, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate product success, track key metrics, and guide strategic product enhancements.

- 7+ years of product management experience, specializing in cloud compute infrastructure and accelerated computing.
- Deep knowledge of GPU architectures, and their applications in AI and HPC workloads, including an understanding of the latest advancements and market trends.
- Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $227,000 to $303,000 and $284,000 to $378,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
