About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Card Lead Product Manager.

The Commercial Card Lead Product Manager will be responsible for developing and leading segment, product and go-to market strategy for the company’s emerging middle market commercial card product. The role includes defining product requirements, analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal and external partners to implement features and services that optimize customer experience.

The ideal candidate has broad understanding of the functional and operational aspects of card payment networks, processors and issuers and experience leading process transformation.

In this role, you will:

  • Craft and drive a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for commercial card products and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Monitor the marketplace to assess product, technology, and market trends to identify segment needs and opportunities. Recommend enhancements to product and process. Develop business case to support recommendations.
  • Design end-to-end process journey for product development, implementation, customer use, and reporting for market segment. Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and transform the customer experience.
  • Articulate product vision, define scope, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver segment solutions that create exceptional customer experiences with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits.
  • Manage product deliverables within budget and the approved plan, working with delivery team on scope and priorities.
  • Define and track key business and customer metrics to monitor product performance. as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with sales, operations, technology and key internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Commercial card product management or development experience within banking, financial service or fintech industry.
  • Experience with process automation and digital transformation to improve the client experience and onboarding efficiency. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies
  • Vendor and partnership management experience.
  • Analytic and strategy experience to evaluate business opportunities and advocate for investment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
  • Experience working with regulatory and internal policy adherence in a highly governed financial environment. 

Job Expectations:

  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Must be willing to work on site at one of the locations listed
  • Role is not eligible for 100% remote. Candidates must be willing to work onsite. Location preference is San Francisco, CA; Charlotte, North Carolina; Salt Lake City, Utah; Concord, California

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
