What You'll Do
Responsible for executing the Direct Settlement/Opt-Out Program's restitution program including contract analysis, drafting offers, tracking negotiations, finalizing agreements, producing reporting and metrics while ensuring overall program success with customers and regulators. Executes processes and analytical initiatives to identify and quantify entity harm, execute negotiation strategies, edit and artifact communication documents, document all policies and procedures for the program, and ensure timely reporting internally and externally. Work with cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end remediation execution strategies to ensure timely and compliant completion of all relevant program activities to remediate customer harm.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

What You'll Do

How You'll Do It
- Executes the Opt-Out process, in particular, execution of Opt-Out cases, contract analysis, drafting offer letters, supporting negotiations and finalizing the agreement (e.g., finalizing through applicable legal and governance requirements). Ensures accuracy in entity offers and settlement.
- Partners with internal teams and external vendors to document and execute program's requirements and timelines. Ensures accuracy for all settlements, communications, data and processes. Foster collaboration and problem solve negotiations or issues.
- Manages and documents end-to-end process flow for the Direct Settlement/Opt-Out program as well as tracking process execution for each Opt-Out out case within the program. Ensure timely and compliant execution of the process and required reporting.
- Assess root causes and solutions for issues or customer escalations that arise.
