We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead OneStream Administrator to join our Business Technology (BT) team to support our OneStream implementation and maintain the product post-implementation. 

You will:

  • Solution Implementation, Design and Development

    • Understand LiveRamp’s financial objectives and ensure those objectives underpin all design decisions made in the implementation

    • During implementation, serve as LiveRamp’s SME on OneStream functionality, working with our implementation partner to ensure that optimal design, configuration and modeling decisions are made

    • Provide input into the design of  complex business rules, calculations, data integrations, and financial models

    • Analyze data, define source-to-target mapping, read data models and data mining and data profiling and use this analysis to inform system and model design and ensure accurate data conversion

    • Provide input and guidance into the design of dashboards and reporting, with a focus on enabling business users to obtain the data they need directly from the tool

    • Participate in all phases of testing through the implementation, including providing input into test scenarios

  • Application Maintenance & Support

    • Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, and data integration processes within OneStream and ACM

    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing OneStream applications

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OneStream functionalities

    • Analyze data, define source-to-target mapping, read data models and data mining and conduct data profiling 

    • Manage user access and security settings, ensuring appropriate permissions are in place

    • Assist business users with the creation of report and dashboards that deliver the data sets they need to execute their work

    • Oversee data integration processes, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between OneStream and other financial systems

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Keep abreast of the latest OneStream features and industry best practices and collaborate with FP&A stakeholders to develop roadmaps to ensure we are maximizing value realization from the tool

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within OneStream

    • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities and contribute to the development of best practices within the team

    • Create and maintain a backlog of user stories that are reviewed, prioritized and delivered in agile ways of working

About you: 

  • Are an expert in designing enterprise performance management (EPM) tools

  • Have an analytical mind with the ability to consume large amounts of data and extrapolate it into business insights

  • Have 10+ years 

    • serving as the conduit between the business and technology teams to synthesize business requirements and outcomes and design software solutions that will enable those outcomes

    • designing and configuring EPM tools

    • facilitating user acceptance testing 

    • deciding when to release new features 

    • assisting the business with communications content

  • 2+ years of hands-on configuration or development experience with OneStream

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by colleagues, with a deep sense of humility and openness to the perspectives of others

  • Understand the importance of maintaining confidential information

  • Are able to work well in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Approach problems with an innovative and curious mindset, always looking for new and better ways to make people better at their workKnowledge of financial and accounting principles

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in OneStream or related financial systems

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, VB.NET, or C#.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $128,500 to $203,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
