Specialist - Returns & Reverse Logistics Operations

Role Overview

The role is responsible for managing Returns, Reverse Logistics, Warehouse Coordination, and Inventory Control for high-value technology products. The candidate will coordinate with air carriers, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of return shipments, inventory reconciliation, and SAP transaction management.

Key Responsibilities

Returns & Reverse Logistics

  • Manage end-to-end return shipments via air freight.
  • Coordinate Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return-to-stock activities.
  • Monitor return shipments from customer locations to repair centers, hubs, or warehouses.
  • Track shipment exceptions, damages, shortages, and delivery failures.
  • Coordinate with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight forwarders.
  • Experience in Air Preferred

Freight & Transportation Coordination

  • Manage export and import return shipments (Air Prefered).
  • Review shipping documents and return instructions.
  • Coordinate shipment bookings, airway bill (AWB) tracking, and delivery milestones.
  • Work with customs brokers and logistics partners to support return clearance activities.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Coordinate receipt and processing of returned inventory.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation and stock verification.
  • Support disposition, repair, replacement, and return-to-stock processes.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse and SAP systems.

SAP Transaction Processing

  • Commercial invoice (CI) Creations , DN creation , Process Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Return Orders, and Stock Transfers.
  • Update inventory movement and warehouse records in SAP.
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking for reverse logistics operations.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Monitor return cycle times, inventory accuracy, and shipment status.
  • Provide operational updates to supply chain, warehouse, and customer teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within reverse logistics operations.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience

  • 3–8 years of experience in:
    • Air Freight Operations
    • Reverse Logistics
    • Returns Management
    • Warehouse Operations
    • Supply Chain Operations
    • Inventory Management

SAP Knowledge (Mandatory)

  • SAP MM
  • SAP WM / EWM
  • SAP SD (preferred)
  • Inventory transaction processing

Process Knowledge

  • Import / Export Operations (Air Preferred)
