The Lead Logistics Analyst is a critical role within DIRECTV’s Supply Chain Replenishment and Operations team. This team is responsible for day-to-day transportation planning, execution, and management of a multi-channel, multi-layer distribution network. The team uses OTM as our primary transportation management system and a 4PL-managed TMS. The Lead Logistics Analyst will own multiple functional areas within transportation, be responsible for transportation carrier management and reporting, as well as support cross functional projects.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Daily transportation management utilizing TMS.
  • TMS constraints and parameter management.
  • 4PL vendor management, governance, and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Cross functional supply chain project management.
  • Multi-modal transportation carrier management.
  • Assist with resolution for carrier billing disputes.
  • Manage freight claims process.
  • Provide insight and analysis to support negotiation of transportation carrier contracts.
  • Research planning and execution issues, determine root cause, and recommend/execute corrections.
  • Analyze large volumes of data using Excel and PowerBI.
  • Identify, develop, and implement cost savings projects in the transportation space while maintaining a high service level.
  • Create reports for metrics of supply chain replenishment transportation, provide monthly director level readouts on supply chain industry news and impacts.
  • Support supply chain systems transformation initiative (complete operational system swap in 2026).
  • Follow established policies and processes; improve process documentation in areas of responsibility.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive to completion; provide status and follow-up as needed.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, advanced degree a plus. Supply chain, industrial engineering, or related major preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of transportation management experience OTM or other comparable transportation planning system.
  • Strong data management, problem solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel, Visio, Word, PPT, and PowerBI a plus.
  • Self-motivated / self-starter, consistently positive attitude, high-energy, willing to challenge the status quo, able to work with minimal day-to-day project guidance, ability to produce results under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with demonstrated strong teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in vendor / carrier management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is also essential.
  • Possess good time management and priority skills.

DIRECTV's compensation structure is designed to be market-competitive and fully supports efforts to attract and retain employees. It is the company's policy to offer pay that is competitive with other employers in the local market. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $87,400 - $158,700

Low (N1): $87,400 - $131,100

Mid (N2): $92,000 - $138,000

High (N3): $101,200 - $151,800

Top (N4): $105,800 - $158,700
