We are seeking a Lead iOS Developer to join our team and drive the development of our mobile application. This role combines hands-on iOS development expertise with technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic project guidance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about iOS development and building solutions while fostering team growth and maintaining high engineering standards.

USD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead iOS Development Initiatives: Design, develop, test, and document complex iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance and coaching to team members on iOS development, Swift/SwiftUI best practices, and mobile architecture.
- Project Management: Monitor and communicate project progress, identifying risks and blockers proactively while providing clear vertical communication to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years' experience in a related field.
- iOS Expertise: 5+ years of iOS development experience with strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI and AI Companion Coding.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and working closely with UX/UI teams to influence design decisions.
- Process Development: Ability to create and maintain procedures, documentation, and workflows that help teams stay organized and productive.
- Technical Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Full-Stack Knowledge: Understanding of REST APIs, backend systems, and monitoring/alerting practices.
