Lead Instructor Job Description
A CycleStar that is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day creative quality of his/her studio, while providing inspiration and leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an indoor cycling instructor
- Teach at least 5 classes per week
- Demonstrates leadership in the studio
Duties of a Lead Instructor:
- Helps the franchise owner/studio manager on board new talent for the studio
- Maintains brand standards in his/her studio
- Trains new talent
- Keeps in regular communication with the Senior Master Instructor team
- Performs quarterly evaluations on all CycleStars in his/her studio
Recommended Best Practices:
- Participate in the Lead Intructor calls every other Friday at 10am, pacific standard time
- Attend a Lead Instructor Training weekend
- Watch all videos on the FB forum and engage entire team
- Practice what you preach; always aim to lead by example
