Lead Financial Systems Analyst

Overview of Position

The Lead Financial Systems Analyst leads complex initiatives across finance systems, providing strategic and technical expertise. Partners with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, optimize processes, and ensure data integrity across platforms.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Lead design and implementation of cross-functional financial system solutions

• Serve as a technical expert on ERP data models, integrations, and reporting

• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives

• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align systems with business goals

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial systems, technical business analysis, or ERP implementation

• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, data mapping, and multi-book environments

• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and financial reporting tools

• Proven track record leading system implementations or enhancements

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Strong communicator able to partner with senior stakeholders

• Experience mentoring junior analyst and managing projects

Pay Range:

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
