About the Role

We are looking for a Lead, Executive Operations to bring structure and consistency to how execution happens around the CEO and leadership team.

This role focuses on building simple systems and operating rhythms, coordinating across teams, and ensuring priorities are translated into action.

You will work across functions to improve clarity, reduce friction, and keep high-priority work moving.


What You'll be Doing
  • Establish simple operating structures (cadences, tracking, follow-ups) to keep work moving

  • Translate leadership priorities into clear, executable plans

  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and progress

  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and execution risks, and resolve them early

  • Support hiring coordination and key operational workstreams when needed

  • Build lightweight playbooks and ways of working to improve consistency

  • Track progress and surface clear updates to leadership

  • Continuously improve how executive-level work is managed and executed


What You Will Need
  • Experience in operations, consulting, startups, or executive-facing roles

  • Experience supporting or working closely with senior executives

  • Experience building processes in early-stage or scaling environments

  • Strong ability to structure problems and drive execution independently

  • Clear communication and ability to work across different teams

  • Good judgment in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
