We are seeking an experienced Lead Enterprise Schedule Integrator to serve as a central authority for scheduling and resource analysis across a large scale enterprise portfolio of highly complex, interdependent programs. Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests. Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules. Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry. Recognized as a primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that horizontally and vertically integrates all programs, projects, suppliers, and enabling functions, while incorporating resource constraints and availability.
  • Lead schedule and resource integration working groups with prime contractors, subcontractors, and government/customer teams to align timelines with resource capacities.
  • Establish and enforce enterprise standards for scheduling, resource management processes, and health metrics in compliance with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) guidelines, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14-point assessment, and customer-specific requirements (e.g., Integrated Program Management Report (iPMR), etc.).
  • Perform detailed schedule quality assessments, critical/driving path analysis, schedule risk assessments (SRA), Monte Carlo simulations, resource loading analysis, and resource leveling to optimize utilization and mitigate bottlenecks.
  • Identify, document, and drive resolution of schedule conflicts, logic gaps, resource overloading/underutilization, float erosion, and capacity shortfalls across the enterprise.
  • Serve as the primary interface to United States Government (USG) during program audits, and program reviews and baseline reviews.
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of the enterprise Schedule Network, Narrative, and Schedule Margin/Risk management framework.
  • Mentor and technically direct a team of schedulers; develop training and governance materials for both scheduling and resource management.
  • Collaborate closely with Program Management, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Finance, Contracts, Systems Engineering, and Supply Chain on schedule realism, EVM integrity, and resource forecasting.
  • Drive adoption of advanced tools and automation for scheduling and resource management (Microsoft Project Server, Full Monte, Deltek Cobra or equivalent resource optimization software).
  • Conduct resource capacity planning, demand forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making, including what-if modeling for resource reallocations and program impacts.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
