Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
We are seeking a Lead Product Designer (Design Technologist) to help reimagine what the future of work looks like for Confluence customers collaborating on the go. In this role, you'll report to the Product Design Director, Mobile & AI, and join a global organization spanning North America and Australia. As a senior individual contributor, you'll drive key design initiatives across both Confluence Mobile and Confluence AI teams, working at the intersection of mobile, web and AI to create seamless, intelligent experiences that empower teams to collaborate anywhere, anytime.
You will focus on defining and achieving objectives for your teams or projects. You independently deliver high-quality prototypes, support technical handoff, and help build confidence in design technology across the team. You'll partner closely with our mobile, web and AI teams to push the boundaries of what's possible-leveraging the latest in generative AI, search, and intelligent agents to deliver breakthrough mobile-first workflows. Your work will help shape how millions of users experience Confluence on their devices, making collaboration smarter, faster, and more delightful.
