Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Change Data Analyst that drives oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies. Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality and remediation.
In this role, you will:
- Use your deep understanding of Technology Change Management data and processes to deliver salient business insights and shape our analytics practices within Wells Fargo Technology
- Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and distill them into concrete technical tasks
- Understand and contribute to automated dataflows that feed self-service reports revolving around Incidents, Changes, and Problems in our technology ecosystem
- Develop ServiceNow reports and dashboards to
- Design and manage complex semantic models in Power BI
- Communicate with a wide range of audiences, including executive leadership
- 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of data visualization and reporting (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Splunk, ServiceNow, etc)
- 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow data constructs
- 1+ years of experience generating analytics content for Senior Leadership
- Bachelors degree or higher in STEM subject (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Cyber Security preferred)
- 2+ years working with data-focused programming language (SQL, Python, R, SAS, etc)
- 1+ years working with AI
- 1+ years working with Microsoft Fabric
- This position requires in office expectation of 3 days per week
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
