The Impact you will have in this role: 

This role will be responsible for end-to-end data architecture, spanning Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle APEX applications, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and emerging GenAI capabilities within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The successful candidate will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing data solutions that enable analytics, reporting, and AI-driven insights for Finance.

Primary Responsibilities: 

Data Architecture & Design

  • Define and maintain the target-state data architecture for the CFO data platform
  • Design scalable data models supporting analytics, reporting, and application use cases
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, metadata, and data quality frameworks 

Analytics & Application Architecture (OAC / APEX)

  • Architect Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) semantic models (subject areas) and dashboards
  • Lead design of Oracle APEX low-code applications for workflow automation and data interaction
  • Define reusable design patterns for self-service analytics and data access
  • Ensure performance optimization, usability, and scalability of analytics solutions 

Data Integration & Engineering (ODI / ADW)

  • Design and govern data pipelines and ELT processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
  • Integrate data from Oracle SaaS systems, on-prem platforms, APIs, and external sources
  • Establish standards for orchestration, monitoring, and performance tuning of ETL/ELT jobs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues
  • Lead logical and physical design of Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
  • Optimize storage, partitioning, and query performance 

OCI Platform & Environment Management

  • Support OCI platform administration, including: 
    • Identity and access management (IAM, roles, least privilege)
    • Environment provisioning (DEV/TEST/PROD)
    • Networking configuration (VCN, security controls)
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, audit, and risk standards
  • Optimize OCI usage for performance and cost efficiency 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics platforms

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) (semantic modeling, dashboards), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or ELT frameworks
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD practices
    Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Communicates effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Drives innovation and continuous improvement
  • Operates with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
