About the role
In this role, you are responsible for managing a dynamic team of producers, directors, editors, sound designers, directors of photography, graphic designers, scriptwriters, and copywriters in creating original visual content. You will inspire and develop new ideas, manage the team, ensure the quality of deliverables, and captivate the target market with original programming.
Creative Direction:
Create and communicate Roundglass original concept and brand narrative approach while ensuring alignment with the organization's principles, purpose, and ambitions.

Examine all video products for inventive tone, voice, and general style in compliance with RG business policies.
Lead the creative direction for storytelling related to critical organizational needs, promotional campaigns, Foundation promotions, and significant narrative films.
Brand Identity:
Oversee the creation and maintenance of a consistent brand identity across all creative outputs, including narrative, as well as the selection of the top creatives and visual designers for all outward-facing content.

Conceptualize and script compelling stories that effectively communicate Roundglass’ core messages and resonate with the target audience. Oversee and produce company storytelling brand videos

Content Production:
Take the lead in directing and producing creative content, such as films, social media campaigns, website content, and other multimedia products, while maintaining high quality and adherence to brand rules.
Look for opportunities to find distinct perspectives of RG, overall wellbeing, and assist in developing pitch plans accordingly.

Team Leadership:
Work closely with the Studio Operations Lead for resource allocation. Manage and mentor the team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.

Collaborate with Studio Operations Lead for resource allocation, and external vendor relationships, ensuring efficient and effective resource utilization.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, communications, and other departments to understand their requirements and translate them into impactful creative strategies and executions.
Trend Analysis:
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in storytelling and creative production to continuously innovate and enhance Roundglass's creative outputs.
