In this role, you will:
- Develop, retain, and expand complex client relationships by understanding financial priorities and decision-maker needs, while proactively identifying new opportunities across the Wells Fargo platform to drive multi-line revenue growth.
- Coordinate transactions with our credit, treasury management, foreign exchange, and other partner groups
- Gather financial statements to analyze and make recommendations based on findings.
- Develop trusted relationships at the operational, c-suite, and board of director levels
- Stay informed of industry trends, market news, and emerging technology
- Represent our team in the market by hosting unique events, networking with influencers, and attending conferences
- Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of bank solutions
- Maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systems
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Proven ability to develop and execute a sales strategy
- Local in-market network
- Experience developing partnerships, externally and internally
- Account relationship management experience and treasury management product knowledge
- Treasury Management product knowledge
- Trusted industry relationships-operational, C-suite and/or board levels
- Understands segments, markets, technology, venture capital
- Experience and knowledge related to key risks for companies within the Technology industry, including pre-profit VC-backed companies
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
Job Expectations:

- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
