In this role, you will:
  • Cultivate, expand, and steward complex client relationships by applying advanced relationship management expertise. Demonstrate deep understanding of client needs and financial priorities, proactively shaping strategy, anticipating challenges, calibrating expectations, and delivering thoughtful, data-driven insights that influence key financial decision makers.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership in the structuring, modification, and renewal of sophisticated credit solutions, including cash flow facilities, real estate financing, and specialized industry offerings. Provide expert financial analysis, guide deal strategies, present recommendations to clients, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise-level solution strategy for Wells Fargo's full suite of complex commercial banking capabilities. Leverage deep knowledge of client business models, strategic objectives, operational frameworks, and financial performance to architect tailored solutions by partnering with product leaders and functional experts across the firm.
  • Provide vision, direction, and subject-matter expertise to senior leadership regarding the implementation of innovative, high-impact business initiatives within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management organization. Shape cross-functional and companywide strategies that enhance client delivery, operational excellence, and long-term commercial growth.
  • Engage strategically across all levels of the enterprise to strengthen processes, enhance risk controls, and resolve high-stakes client issues while advancing Wells Fargo's business objectives. Represent the company externally as a senior relationship leader and serve internally as a trusted advisor and mentor to emerging talent.
  • Oversee relationship planning and execution by guiding long-term account strategy, ensuring disciplined pipeline management, and maintaining accurate, insight-driven documentation within core systems to support forecasting and enterprise visibility.
  • Partner with Business Development Representatives to strategically identify and cultivate new commercial banking opportunities. Leverage established networks and industry relationships to expand market presence and accelerate business acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Lending Product Management to shape product strategy and inform leadership on evolving client and market needs. Influence the innovation, design, and deployment of credit solutions-including cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives-to drive competitive advantage and client success.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
  • Extensive command of core commercial banking solutions, including complex commercial lending structures, treasury management platforms, and integrated financial services that support commercial and large corporate clients
  • Completion of a formal credit training program, demonstrating advanced proficiency in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and deal structuring
  • Established professional network within the city of Fort Worth and the surrounding metropolitan area
  • Proven history managing high-value commercial relationships within the $25MM to $100MM revenue segment, consistently delivering strategic advice and tailored financial solutions to sophisticated clients
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the enterprise, effectively mobilizing cross functional partners to deliver a unified, client centric experience that strengthens institutional relationships
  • Established history of driving new business growth, including sourcing, securing, and expanding long term client relationships through strategic engagement and deep market knowledge
  • Strong capability in cultivating and sustaining executive level internal and external partnerships, leveraging influence, credibility, and industry networks to advance business objectives
  • Expertise in identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks, ensuring full adherence to compliance expectations, operational controls, and enterprise-wide governance standards
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal skills that effectively engage senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders
