Position Summary:


Delinea seeks a Lead Channel Marketing Manager, the strategic architect of
Delinea’s global channel marketing strategy. This role sets the direction for
marketing across all partner types—including distributors, resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, strategic alliances, and technology-integration partners. This individual partners closely with the SVP of Global Channel & Alliances and theater channel teams to design and execute the global channel marketing plan, mobilizing the Channel Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, and ecosystem growth.


The ideal candidate brings broad, multidisciplinary expertise, tackles complex and ambiguous initiatives, and provides thought leadership across multiple marketing and channel functions. They define company-wide partner marketing best practices, create formal networks, and influence both internal executives and external partner leadership.

Travel: Up to 20%


Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership

  • Define the global channel marketing strategy across all partner types and
    tiers.

  • Align with the SVP, Global Channel & Alliances, theater channel leaders,
    and marketing leadership to prioritize initiatives and budgets.

  • Lead annual and quarterly channel marketing planning and present progress
    to senior leadership.

Program Architecture & Governance

  • Design scalable, repeatable co-marketing programs (campaign kits, MDF
    playbooks, webinars, events) tailored by partner type, tier, and geography.

  • Own the Delinea Partner Program narrative, structure, and
    communication plan.

  • Oversee Partner Portal content strategy and partner-facing digital
    communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Direct and coordinate execution through the Channel Marketing Manager
    and collaborate with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Enablement, and
    Events teams.

  • Act as the single point of contact for partner-facing marketing initiatives,
    removing roadblocks and ensuring alignment.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Measure KPIs for partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, define KPIS for
    MDF ROI, and program adoption.

  • Analyze performance data, extract insights, and refine strategy for greater
    impact.

Thought Leadership & Representation

  • Represent Delinea at partner councils, industry events, and webinars.

  • Publish best practices, success stories, and internal guidance to elevate
    Delinea’s presence in the channel ecosystem.

Skills and Experience

  • 8–10 years in global channel or partner marketing in B2B SaaS or
    cybersecurity; 4+ years leading worldwide partner marketing
    programs.

  • Expert knowledge of indirect sales models, partner program design, MDF
    management, and GTM motions for distributors, resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and
    technology alliances.

  • Proven track record designing and scaling co-marketing frameworks with
    measurable revenue and pipeline impact.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, able to navigate
    ambiguity and influence across a matrixed organization.

  • Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.

  • Proficiency with PRM, marketing automation, and BI/reporting tools
    (Impartner and Salesforce preferred)
