Job Description SummaryWithin the proposals and program requirements execution pillar of the Edison Works Program Management Office (PMO), this role focuses on Data Management for our US Government Customers. The Lead Business Operations Specialist demonstrates understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in an organization context. In this role you will support processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, and be involved in long-term planning.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide advice to Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures necessary to integrate information to meet program objectives compliantly
  • Track and manage contract deliverables including submission to the customer
  • Prepare and manage the Program Master Plans throughout contract execution
  • Knowledge of  US Government Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) and associated requirements
  • Support the electronic websites for communications with the government
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of electronic Program Folder/File architecture
  • Maintain electronic data repositories consistent with Program requirements and document management guidelines
  • Build/maintain/modify workflows to support and control various processes
  • Track Proprietary Information Agreements including alerting program managers when agreement are set to expire 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business, finance, manufacturing, sourcing, and/or project management
  • Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance
