Join us in our mission to create a more inclusive financial future for all.

Role:

This is a rare, senior opportunity to work directly with Jack Mallers across all of his ventures: Strike, Twenty One, media/content, and a stealth clothing brand. You’ll help craft the visual identity of Bitcoin’s future, from capital markets to culture.

We’re looking for a multi-talented brand designer who can concept, craft, and ship creative art that moves people around the world. Whether it’s a company listing on a public exchange, a new Bitcoin lending feature, or a merch drop, you turn it into an unforgettable, high-integrity design.

You’ll own and evolve the design language across multiple companies and projects, pushing brand and product experiences forward in a way that connects emotionally, visually, and principally.

What You’ll Work On
  • Define and lead brand creative across Strike, Twenty One, media/content, and a new stealth clothing brand
  • Own the visual identity, tone, and storytelling across all brand touchpoints: product, web, mobile, campaigns, social, merch, investor materials, and more
  • Partner directly with Jack on ideas, concepts, and creative vision
  • Lead and execute on design sprints, content creation, and launch campaigns
  • Translate complex Bitcoin and financial concepts into simple, beautiful narratives
  • Work with external creatives, engineers, and stakeholders across multiple companies
  • Set a new visual standard for brands that are Bitcoin-native, principled, and culturally relevant.
Requirements
  • Expert-level craft in visual, motion, and brand design
  • Motion design skills, particularly with Lottie animations
  • Proficient in Figma and After Effects
  • Strong skills in illustration and narrative design
  • Experience across web, mobile, and multi-platform brand systems
  • Ability to create and evolve creative systems quickly and cleanly
  • Proficiency in brand systems, typography, and layout across multiple formats.
Bonus Points
  • Experience building for fintech or Bitcoin
  • A love for storytelling, subculture, and the internet
  • Understanding of product/engineering constraints and agile creative cycles
  • Experience with content strategy, campaign development, or fashion
  • Deep curiosity about money, technology, and the future
Why This Role Matters

We’re building two of the most important Bitcoin companies in the world:

  • Strike is making Bitcoin accessible to the world through financial services
  • Twenty One is the ultimate vehicle for capital markets to participate in Bitcoin, backed by Tether, SoftBank

This role puts you in the center of both. This isn’t just a design role, it’s a chance to shape how the world sees and feels money.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
