Overview

As a Lead Brand Designer, you are responsible for being a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary designer who thrives on a variety of influences. You are part of the Content Marketing team, bringing the brand narrative to life through strong creative design in collaboration with product marketing, communications, and executive leadership teams. You are comfortable crafting bold visual expressions and iterating through quick-turn social graphics or designing tradeshow experience. You are someone who wants to own the full design spectrum at a high-growth company and shape how Rithum shows up in every channel.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process across digital, print, and video assets. This person owns everything from concept to execution in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
  • Design and iterate on brand assets for trade shows, paid media, social channels, and powerpoint presentations, ensuring consistent and elevated brand experience.
  • Develop scalable design systems and templates (I.e. Canva, PPT) that empower non-designers across the organizations to stay on-brand.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content while adapting to platform-specific requirements and best practices.
  • Partner closely with marketing teams to prototype creative concepts (ads, social content, event collaterals, videos) to bring them to life quickly for testing and iteration.
  • Curate and manage a library of brand assets, including logos, graphics, photography, and slide templates, ensuring accessibility and consistency for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity and visual coherence across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the ideation and development of event branding and design elements, including signage, booth graphics, promotional materials, and digital/video assets.
  • Comfortable working in Asana with ability to proactively communicate deadlines and workload management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including demand-gen marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership to align creative strategies with business objectives.
  • Proactively explore new design trends, visual styles, and technologies to maintain Rithum's competitive edge and relevance in the market.
  • Create visually engaging content for marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, website, and digital ads using a mix of photography, graphic design, and multimedia.

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Must have an online portfolio showcasing diverse, integrated work
  • 5+ years of professional design experience across digital, print, and video formats
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Adobe XD, and Canva.
  • Fluent in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually compelling and on-brand presentations and corporate templates
  • Must have events booth design experience
  • Advanced understanding of branding, marketing, video, animation and UX principles & processes.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and composition across all formats – from social to large scale tradeshow displays
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to self-organize, adapting approach to be effective where necessary, but also able to challenge and steer when relevant.
  • Detail-oriented and audience experience focused designer who can partner with content to bring best in class brand experiences through content and design.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in small, agile team where flexibility and multi-tasking are essential
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to think systematically about design solutions and anticipate future needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field/expertise.
  • 8+ years of professional design experience across digital, print, and video formats
  • Prior work experience with a demonstrated track record of results in a SaaS or e-commerce company.
  • Knowledge of Figma and InDesign.
  • Web design, coding and video editing skills would be highly desirable, but not essential.
  • UX/UI experience for landing page creation.
  • Experience in exploration and adoption of AI-based tools to improve design production workflows.
