Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert guidance and drive continuous enhancement of technology business management processes. This includes researching and providing thought leadership and guidance to the rest of the team. This role maintains positive relationships with technology stakeholders and vendors, and partners closely with others to define and maintain service level agreements (SLAs), objectives and key results, and other performance metrics.
What You Will Do
  • Analyzes data to detect trends, make recommendations, and provide reporting requirements for TBM processes supported.
  • Designs ways to identify and document process measures, issues and opportunities, adherence, and waste in the processes supported.
  • Leads efforts to develop standard operating procedures and process optimization initiatives driven by best practices and industry trends.
  • Provides guidance, coaching, training, and mentorship to more junior level analysts and assists them with complex tasks, through sharing an in-depth understanding of company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls.
  • Develops relationships with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, sourcing, and security to ensure processes remain compliant with company regulations and process requirements while serving as a liaison between technology organization and business groups.
  • Delivers clear and actionable reporting through a strong understanding of database structure, data modeling, data visualizations and while using SQL to extract, combine and normalize data.
  • Translates business requirements into system functionality and solutions through close collaboration with engineering teams or other implementation partners.
  • Provides thought leadership across processes and tools to ensure holistic solutions are delivered in support of product and resource operations management.
  • Drives TBM process improvement and implementations including providing expert level review and sign off of test scenarios/plans and training content to ensure requirements are met, end-to-end integrations are considered, and data governance supports cross-functional impacts.
  • Leads collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to support alignment and synergy of processes and procedures.
  • Leads execution of the team roadmap, driving improvement of process and tool usage based on best practices and industry trends while aligning to overall technology strategy.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree computer science, computer information systems, business administration, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in technology, finance/accounting, procurement, business, operations, or related area
  • 4 years of experience analyzing data to detect trends, make recommendations, and provide insights
  • 4 years of experience working in a large matrixed organization with collaboration across various levels within the organization including with international teams

Preferred Skills/Education
  • 4 years of experience with IT delivery, development, and operational processes - understanding engineering, software development lifecycle, database, architecture, configuration management database, and how each of these systems support each other to run a technology organization
  • 5 years of experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, or value stream mapping and/or industry applying LEAN practices
  • trained or certified, Green or Black Belt, or accredited certification equivalent
