We are seeking a Lead Adobe Target Specialist to drive experimentation and digital performance optimization across our digital platforms. This role will serve as a strategic partner to product teams, providing expert guidance on test design, data analysis, and program valuation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, deep technical expertise, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive business impact.
The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:
- Lead digital test analysis, including both foundational and deep-dive evaluations.
- Advise product teams on experiment design and act as a thought partner in test strategy.
- Identify and size new opportunities for digital optimization and growth.
- Manage and report on program valuation metrics to assess impact and ROI.
- Automate reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Provide decision support through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for digital platforms such as pre/post incrementality, user behavior changes, and optimization opportunity research.
Mandatory requirements:
- Proven experience in digital experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of statistical and behavioral analysis techniques.
- Deep knowledge of the digital data landscape, including web and app analytics.
- Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Quantum Metric.
- Adobe Target functionality & advanced experience execution capabilities.
- Adobe Analytics: deep understanding of click-stream data tracking, architecture, and tool administration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Optional requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile digital environment.
- Familiarity with customer journey analytics and conversion optimization.
- Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital product organizations.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, R, and SQL for data analysis and visualization and familiarity with cloud platforms.
