DataRobot is looking for a driven, focused, and high-impact Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong understanding of Big Data Analytics products or enterprise-wide software technologies and value-driven sales. We're seeking someone experienced in handling sophisticated selling situations with highly technical customers, C-Level individuals, and impactful decision-makers.

As part of our Sales team, you'll be comfortable selling our sophisticated analytics solution that empowers organizations to tackle their most ambitious data science problems. You'll collaborate with our passionate team and industry leaders within the field of Predictive Analytics. 

What does it take?

  • Build and drive territory/account sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals through value selling.

  • Work closely with Customer Facing Data Scientists to demonstrate business value through technical proof of value sessions.

  • Deliver presentations/demonstrations highlighting the benefits of DataRobot. 

  • Maintain an understanding of key industry trends and competitive issues and products.

  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff.

  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and accurate forecasts through salesforce.com.

Is this You?

  • You have a BA/BS degree and demonstrated ability to sell enterprise software and exceed quotas.

  • Experienced in selling analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence software.

  • You have experience selling emerging technologies, winning new logos, building territories, and expanding large Enterprise Accounts.

  • You are trained in solution/value selling methodologies.

  • You have a proven track record of consistent overachievement of the sales quota.

  • You are willing to travel to customers and prospects within the territory as needed.

  • You are highly driven, energetic, confident, self-sufficient, self-motivated, and committed to success with a strong work ethic. 

  • Experience working in a startup environment is a bonus.

Compensation Statement

The U.S. annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $300,000 and $400,000 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on various factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
