DataRobot is looking for a driven, focused, high-impact Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong understanding of AI/ML or Big Data Analytics products, enterprise-wide software technologies, and value-driven sales. We're seeking someone experienced in handling sophisticated selling situations with highly technical customers, C-level individuals, and impactful decision-makers.

As part of our Sales team, you'll be comfortable selling our sophisticated analytics solution, which empowers organizations to tackle their most ambitious data science problems. You'll collaborate with our passionate team and industry leaders in Predictive Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience selling into Federal Civilian Accounts

  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within FedCiv Agencies.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the above agencies.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and other management reports.

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and government regulations affecting the Federal sectors.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies is a strong plus

  • Strong understanding of the federal procurement process, including familiarity with government contracts and acquisition regulations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Security clearance or the ability to obtain one is preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal sales, with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions to Federal Civilian agencies.

Compensation Statement

The U.S. annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $267,750 and $388,500 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on various factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
