Location: Remote (Latin America Only)

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a hands-on, highly skilled IT Manager to join the Ruvixx team. This is a fully remote, full-time contractor position designed for a technical leader based in Latin America who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will own our IT ecosystem. You won’t just manage tickets; you will spearhead our Mobile Device Management (MDM) strategy, enforce security compliance, and ensure our distributed team operates on a secure, world-class infrastructure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Spearhead IT Operations: Manage the daily functions of the IT department, including support escalations, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
• Own Our MDM Ecosystem: Serve as the primary administrator for our MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, Jamf, etc.). You will manage device provisioning, policy enforcement, patch management, and software deployment across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Drive Security & Compliance: Play an active role in our security compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2). You will implement security policies, conduct internal audits, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Optimize and Innovate: Continuously improve our IT systems. You will develop best practices, write knowledge base articles, and identify opportunities for automation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in an IT management or senior IT support role.
• MDM Mastery: Proven, hands-on experience managing and maintaining an MDM solution (Microsoft Intune, Jamf, FleetDM) including administration and deployment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory for collaborating with our global leadership.
• Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
• Technical Stack: Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, firewalls) and cloud-based applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Relevant industry certifications (CompTIA Security+, ITIL, Microsoft/Jamf certifications).

COMPENSATION & CONTRACT DETAILS

• Rate:  Up to $2,000 USD per month (Fixed contractor rate).
