Role Overview

This role is an exceptional entry point into the music and music-finance industry for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a modern music company is built from the inside.

You will serve as Executive Assistant to the COO while also acting as Office & Studio Manager for our Los Angeles office and our Duetti’s in-house studio.

This role sits at the center of the company’s operating cadence and is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by wearing multiple hats. You will help keep the COO’s world running smoothly, ensure the LA office operates seamlessly day to day, and provide a welcoming, well-run environment for studio sessions for the artists.

You will work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to strategic initiatives, and support many of the workflows that power one of the fastest-scaling companies in the music ecosystem. Over time, this role offers clear opportunities to grow into broader operational or artist-facing responsibilities within Duetti.

You Will:

    Executive Support to COO

  • Manage and optimize the COO’s calendar, including scheduling internal/external meetings across time zones

  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries

  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings (agendas, briefing docs, follow-ups)

  • Track action items and help ensure follow-through on key priorities

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Office Management (Los Angeles)

  • Main point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors

  • Own day-to-day office operations (supplies, groceries, mail, upkeep)

  • Coordinate cleaners, building management, and contractors

  • Support LA team meetings, events, and offsite

  • Ensure the office is organized, welcoming, and productive

  • Studio Management & Reception

  • Serve as studio receptionist and host for artists, partners, and internal teams

  • Manage studio bookings and calendar

  • Coordinate basic session logistics (access, refreshments, room setup)

  • Maintain a clean, professional studio and flag equipment or technical issues

  • Use any prior studio/music experience to keep sessions running smoothly

About You:

  • 1–3 years in admin/operations/studio/office roles (internships and strong early-career experience welcome)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional, warm, and service-oriented communicator

  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information

  • Excited by music, tech, and finance, and eager to grow in a scaling company

  • Music/entertainment/creative or studio experience a plus, not required

  • Based in or willing to relocate to LA; able to work on-site several days a week

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
