Galaxia Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Knowledge Management to provide high-level expertise and leadership in managing executive operations. As an Sr SME, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing administrative processes, mentoring executive support staff, and ensuring seamless support for senior leadership. This role requires extensive experience in executive administration, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic guidance and expertise in executive administration to support organizational goals and leadership priorities.
- Develop, refine, and implement best practices for managing executive schedules, communications, and workflows.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives, managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Drive initiatives to improve communication and coordination across executive offices.
- Monitor and evaluate administrative systems, recommending improvements to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Represent the executive administration function in strategic discussions and organizational planning efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, and 15+ years of progressive experience in executive administration, or Master’s Degree and 13+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or advisory role.
- Extensive experience supporting C-suite executives in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Proven expertise in managing executive schedules, travel arrangements, and communication strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a CI polygraph.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in government contracting, defense, or technology industries.
- Familiarity with corporate governance and board-level support processes.
- Advanced knowledge of travel coordination, event planning, and expense management systems.
- Proven success in implementing process improvements and administrative best practices.
- Experience working in highly classified environments supporting the IC/DoD for operational missions
