We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team. Candidates must reside in Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development team in identifying and developing new accounts in global markets.
  • Preparing business proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel industry partners (bedbanks, wholesalers, OTAs, etc.).
  • Manage account performance and track KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to ensure partner success.
  • Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to drive growth.
  • Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and suggest ways to improve partner engagement.
  • Attend trade shows or industry events.

Position requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry (B2B sales or business development in travel wholesale preferred).
  • Solid understanding of travel distribution, B2B sales, and basic API/XML connectivity.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset, someone who takes initiative, spots opportunities, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Comfortable using data and performance metrics to support decisions and strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with independence and accountability.
  • Based in Florida with availability to travel as needed (Mandatory).
