Reporting to the Director of Sales - Americas, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with integration companies that have a national and/or global presence. This role focuses on increasing installation revenue and expanding vertical presence within these strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of technology solutions in the integration industry.

Responsibilities:

Key Account Manager, Integration will:

  • Effectively represent the L-Acoustics brand, its values and corporate culture.
  • Identify additional opportunities with the support of the Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Managers.  
  • Supports the Company and the Group in its evolving commercial growth strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at national/global integration companies. Understand their organizational structure, decision-making processes, and strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, applications) to ensure alignment on account strategies, customer requirements, and market opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting of account activity, including revenue projections, sales pipeline status, and account performance metrics.
  • Develop a strategy to address all key account locations/offices, working in conjunction with the Regional Sales Managers.
  • Work with procurement, engineering, and sales teams of the key account to ensure proper communication within our teams.

Skills & Education Background : 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pro Audio Sales with a proven track record.
  • Experience with premium loudspeaker sales preferred.
  • Ability to develop and manage a distribution model for a specific product category.
  • Candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and possess a desire to win.
  • Outstanding organization, follow-up, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to sell premium products based on features and benefits.
  • A knowledge of specific vertical markets (HOW, Education, PACs etc) is preferred.
  • Some knowledge of loudspeaker system design and application would be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business is considered a plus.

Location and Travel :

  • Quarterly meetings to be held at the Corporate Office of L-Acoustics, INC (Westlake Village, CA).
  • Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
  • Average expected travel is 50-75%
