What will you do:
- Drive sales growth by managing key MedTech accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Set and achieve clear sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual goals.
- Develop and execute healthcare-specific sales strategies, adjusting to market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales Engineer to identify best fit solutions to meet customer needs.
- Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools, identifying areas for improvement and executing action plans to close gaps.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management, highlighting key wins and opportunities for growth.
How will you get here?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of electronics and electronic circuitry
- Experience in Embedded Technology, or the Medical and Healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on vertical markets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
