Primary Responsibilities:

• Under the oversight of the Program Compliance Manager in conjunction with the Laboratory Director, the Compliance Support Supervisor provides administrative support to ensure the consistent quality, safety, and overall compliance of the Laboratory Services Program with department and organization policies and procedures, and local/state/federal regulation
• Serves as ongoing liaison between patient, provider, and other internal/external entities in administration of the Laboratory Services program

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting or laboratory business settings
• 2+ years of waived testing performance
• ASCP MLT/MT or equivalent; or, 2+ years of KSC experience as a Laboratory Services Supervisor, or ability to obtain ASCP MLT/MT or equivalent within 12 months of employment
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a laboratory supervisor. Preceptor/Training resource

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
