About the role

We’re looking for our next K-12 Sales Representative to join our Sales team in New Jersey, United States. You’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and feels comfortable reaching out to potential customers.

  • You have a real passion for Sales.
  • 2+ years’ experience in educational leadership roles or in a sales role (K–12 EdTech sales experience preferred).
  • You live in New Jersey or the surrounding Philadelphia area. 
  • You thrive in managing sales opportunities, navigating through the buying process, and moving deals towards successful implementation.
  • You’re familiar with school sales cycles and educational purchasing systems with a deep curiosity about the education landscape.
  • You thrive in cross-functional teams with strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Persistent, self-motivated, adaptable, extroverted, and a strategic thinker who is comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
  • Have reliable transportation on regular cases.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (primarily within New Jersey and Maryland).

What we offer

  • 💰Competitive base salary of $60,000 - $70,000. Compensation for this role will vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and skill set. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive pay component under an On-Target Earnings structure (with an estimated OTE ranging from $100K-$150K with uncapped commission that can lead to exceeding the listed range).
