Join us on the Product Management team as a Junior UX/UI Designer. In this role You will work closely with senior design leadership to transform complex problems into intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences. This is a hands-on role where you will support the end-to-end design process—from initial wireframes and user research to high-fidelity prototyping and design system maintenance—while learning and growing in a collaborative, flexible environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute UI Design: Create high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that follow brand guidelines and design systems.
- Support UX Research: Assist with user interviews, usability testing, and competitive audits.
- Wireframing and Mapping: Develop sketches, wireframes, and user flows to communicate early concepts.
- Design System Maintenance: Help maintain and scale component libraries for consistency across platforms.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
- Additional Support: Assist with general design tasks and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum Requirements -
- Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year(s) of experience working in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, color theory, and user‑centered design principles
- Proficiency in Figma (including components and auto‑layout); familiarity with prototyping tools
- Basic knowledge of UX research, usability testing, and wireframing
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
Preferred Qualifications -
- Basic HTML/CSS or experience in Agile environments
Physical Requirements -
- Ability to perform typical office tasks, including sitting or standing for extended periods, using a computer, communicating effectively, and occasionally lifting light items
